What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is either first or second class from Royal Mail. Shipping is also free for orders over £20.  In stock items are dispatched the following day provided you order before 6pm.

Larger or heavy orders may also be dispatched the following day by courier, but will usually be on a next day service. Please note we do not ship part orders, so we will wait for your whole order to be in stock before dispatching.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we are working on building our business exclusively in the U.K. and Ireland – this is to ensure that our customers receive the very best customer service and items are despatched quickly.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

As all our orders are sent 1st class – Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels weighing up to 20kg the next working day, including Saturdays. So if you order on Monday by 6pm, you should receive your item on the Wednesday. Simples.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently use fully secure payment provider Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB. We don’t currently accept PayPal.

Is Buying from you Safe?

Consumers fear online shopping because of the potential for financial and identity theft. We get it. Making a payment online can be scary. That’s why our entire website is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer to encrypts your information the moment it’s entered to make a purchase.

Your credit card is never stored, and our payment provider Stripe is PCI Level I encrypted so all of the transactions are protected from a potential data breach. All good to hear. We are a genuine business based in Northern Ireland, so if you need some reassurance – call us and speak to us on the phone.

Orders & Returns

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Hey, we get it. Sometimes you change your mind and need to cancel your order. We can cancel orders up to 3 hours after you’ve made a purchase.

Cancelling your order is super easy – on your account page, click your recent order, and provided we haven’t already processed it or shipped it – we can cancel it straight away. If we have already shipped your item, then we will need to return it to us in order to cancel it. The bad news is you will have to pay shipping costs on this.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope – you can proceed easily through the checkout without needing to sign up! Good times!

However, if you’d like to make life easier on yourself during your next order, simply click the remember my details checkbox at the bottom of the checkout page. We’ll fill in your billing and address details and give you a quicker way to checkout.

How Can I Return a Product?

Not happy with an item? We’ll process a return as soon as we receive it back to headquarters and refund you your purchase cost. Unfortunately at the moment for logistics reasons we do require you to cover the cost of returns to us, but we do often offer discount voucher codes off your next order to help make this more bearable.


You have 30 days as of the date you receive your order to return any items.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and send back the one you don’t want.
  • The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to follow our returns guide to protect them from damage and wear.
  • We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.
  • All items are inspected when we get them back.
  • No products in the cart.
